Performance Series

This edition of the Park Slope Food Coop Performance Series brings together percussion, folk, jazz, cumbia, and dance across four lively sets. Andrew Drury opens with solo percussion accompanied by projected images from his Earth Solos series, followed by Ambrose Getz & Friends with folk songs infused with a jazz heart and rich vocal harmonies. Abe and his Coop Friends blend jazz and cumbia into an energetic mix of improvisation and groove, and the evening closes with Lindy Layovers, combining a live dance performance with an interactive lesson that invites the audience to join in. It’s an eclectic night celebrating creativity, community, and the wide-ranging talents of Park Slope Food Coop members.
