DESCRIPTION:Learn to make some fruit-filled\, sweet treats with Gramercy Tavern’s Award-Winning Executive Pastry Chef Karen Demasco as part of the Coop’s monthly cooking series. The class will be in-person at the Coop and streamed online via Zoom. In-person attendees will get to interact with the chef and sample some cobblers and streusels! \nFor both virtual and in-person attendance\, please RSVP on the squad’s Eventbrite page or by visiting foodcoopcooks.org. For in-person attendees\, there is a $10 cash-only fee taken at the door to help cover the cost of ingredients.
