Cooked white rice, crunchy fried peanuts and fresh lemon juice are all you need to make this iteration of what Guest Chef and Coop Member Srishti Jain likes to call “Indian fried rice.” Join Jain and the Coop Cooking Squad for Plant-Based Indian Cooking on Wednesday, May 21, at 7:30 p.m. EDT on Zoom as part of the Coop’s monthly cooking series. Jain is a Californian-Indian food writer, recipe-developer, and vegetarian chef.
